  • When will my order ship?
    We aim to process orders within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact our support team at info@gem-bar.com for assistance.
  • I live in Dallas. Can I come pick up my jewelry from your studio?
    Email us at info@gem-bar.com and we will try to accommodate pickups.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At this time, Gem Bar only offers shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Please check back in the future for any updates regarding international shipping options.
  • What materials do you use?
    We use high-quality materials such as 14k gold-filled, 925 sterling silver, 18k gold plated stainless steel, and carefully selected freshwater pearls. Each product description includes detailed material specifications.
  • Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
    Most of our designs are crafted with hypoallergenic materials. However, we recommend checking individual product details for more information.
  • How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Why are my pearls different shapes?
    Pearls vary in size because they are naturally formed, and each one is unique. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind and add to the beauty and charm of your jewelry.
  • What is your return policy?
    You may return most unworn or unused items within 10 business days of the delivery date for a full refund. You may exchange or return items for store credit within 15 business days of the delivery date. We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund once it arrives back to us. Depending on the condition of the returned item, there may be a 20% restocking fee (i.e. if it's been damaged or clearly worn). Custom and final sale pieces are non-refundable. Keep in mind that we are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
